Exterior Decontamination Treatment - Enzyme treatment on exterior of home and removal of pheromones and organic matter at animal entry points and around the outside of the house. 

Apply animal deterrent product around the outside of the house to help push away the rodents.

Step 1: Top-Layer Treatment of Insulation and Attic Surface - Application of Enzyme eliminating product.

Step 2: Application of Animal Deterrent Product - Granular or Liquid spray product on Insulation Surface

Trapping is depending on type of animal and location to be trapped.

Remove soiled areas of attic insulation bag up by hand and dispose of. Vacuum droppings in attic on walk board areas.

Remove and haul away old contaminated insulation, and re-insulate. Includes patching of all animal-related damage to ductwork, including the replacement of up to 25' (1 run) if animal damage has penetrated to the interior shaft. (This accounts for damage not visible to inspector at time of inspection) May be required if necessary to remove scent. Droppings in the attic insulation attracts rodents.
